Mindfulness

On Wednesday afternoons we have Mindfulness with Jan CareyShe is a formal principal but left her job to teach mindfulness around South Australia. Jan Carey comes in every afternoon on a Wednesday for 3 weeks until the end of the day to do Mindfulness. Mindfulness is when you learn how to control your mind from wandering off and controlling your auto pilot.

We learnt some breathing techniques like finger breathing which is my favourite and how to stop the auto pilot. Jan Carey taught us a lot and I am very grateful to her. Thank you Jan Carey for teaching us Mindfulness.
